Here’s how it works:
In Americano, each player competes with all other participants, gathering points throughout the event. Every match is played to a predefined number of points—typically, 32. The fun part? Every single point counts! You and your partner earn a point for every point you win, so in a match that ends 20-12, the winners score 20 points and the opponents get 12.
Once the match is over, the results are recorded, and players switch courts and partners for the next match. After each match, scores are added up, and the process continues until all matches have been completed.
At the end of the event, your points are totaled to determine the final standings, and of course, the winner!
